HOW TO GET STARTED

 To get the most value from Module 1, follow the sequence below:

  1. Start with the “Start Here” document
    This explains how the system works and how decisions are locked.

  2. Complete the Master Checklist
    Identify all relevant legal, servicing, market, and approval inputs.

  3. Populate the Deal Decision Summary
    Enter evidence, apply decision logic, and allow the system to produce an outcome.

  4. Review the Decision Report
    Use the final report to document the decision for your records, partners, or lenders.

 The system is designed to be completed in sequence. Skipping steps weakens the outcome.
