 3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DELIVERY

 All SiteKillSwitch products are delivered digitally.

 Upon successful purchase:

  • Access is granted immediately or via download link

  • No physical goods are provided

  • It is your responsibility to download and store files securely

 We do not guarantee ongoing access to downloads beyond a reasonable period after purchase.

 4. LICENCE & PERMITTED USE

 When you purchase a SiteKillSwitch product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the materials for your own internal or professional use.

 You may:

  • Use outputs internally or with your professional advisors

 You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the materials

  • Share the materials publicly or with third parties not involved in your project

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative products

 5. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

 The Services do not constitute legal, engineering, financial, planning, tax, valuation, or investment advice.

 All decisions made using SiteKillSwitch tools are made solely at your own discretion and risk.

 You are responsible for:
