SiteKillSwitch provides preliminary feasibility and acquisition decision support. Outputs are based on user inputs, available property information, configured assumptions, and automated calculations.

SiteKillSwitch is not a substitute for professional engineering, planning, architectural, appraisal, legal, tax, lending, environmental, surveying, or investment advice. Municipal requirements and site conditions must be independently verified before a property commitment or development decision.

You are responsible for confirming that your inputs are complete and accurate and for reviewing all assumptions before relying on an output. Conceptual site plans and visualizations are illustrative and are not permit, construction, or survey documents.

A $199 CAD single-site purchase unlocks Site Intelligence™ for the selected property on the purchasing account. That property remains unlocked as its assumptions, acquisition price, financing, revenue, costs, or program inputs change; those changes do not require another single-site purchase. Each deliberate Underwriting Memo™ generation creates a new immutable version and does not overwrite earlier versions. A different property requires a separate unlock unless an applicable credit or active Corporate License™ provides access. A Corporate License™ is a recurring, single-user subscription and provides unlimited Site Intelligence™ property unlocks while active unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be added by Stripe where required.

Coverage and confidence vary by municipality, parcel, and available data source. SiteKillSwitch may identify that additional municipal or professional verification is required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteKillSwitch is provided without a guarantee that a development approval, financing result, sale price, construction cost, or investment outcome will occur.
